Congratulations! You developed a Green Fleet Plan. You aren’t completely done, however, despite how much you might want to be. You will want to revisit the plan, especially the goals, in the future. Technology will change, operations may change, many things could change that impact how green your fleet can be. Thus, you should think about greening your fleet as a process of continual improvement.
Pick a date in the future to revisit your plan. You might want to pick a date soon after the last deadline in your goals. You might rather start the process before you finish your goals to keep the momentum going. Pick a date based on what makes sense for your organization. Once you have a date in mind, put a reminder on your calendar and the calendars of those people that helped you with the process. That way, at least one of you should still be around when the date comes up; and you can be reasonably assured that your plan will be updated.
